Nitinol material
Nitinol tube
We manufacture Nitinol tubes in a wide range of sizes and surface finishes — from hypotubes as fine as a human hair to precision tubes up to 12 mm in diameter, used in stents, heart valves, and other implantable medical applications. All tubes are drawn from Nitinol bars melted in-house, allowing us to maintain full control and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
Nitinol wire
Our Nitinol wire enables the fabrication of complex components with highly intricate geometries. Through careful control of chemical composition and thermo-mechanical processing, we achieve exceptional flexibility and kink resistance — qualities that make our wire a trusted choice for a wide range of medical device applications.
Nitinol sheet
Nitinol in sheet form provides a flat, uniform substrate ideal for producing intricate two-dimensional components at scale. This format allows designers to take advantage of high-volume batch manufacturing methods, enabling the creation of complex and expansive structures that would be difficult or impossible to achieve using round Nitinol wire or tubing.
